I'm a true believer that therapy works.
I know because it worked for me.

I have my own personal experience of trying therapist after therapist before finding someone who got me and understood where I was coming from, without judgment. That’s the power of belonging – why I do the work I do.

I have my own history of trauma and poverty and the mental health struggles that come all bound up together. On paper, I was statistically destined for failure, but guess what? We don’t live on paper, which means that reality is so much messier, but it also contains real opportunities for change.

I offer online therapy to help other women and LGBTQIA+ folks find that sense of real belonging and self-acceptance, which are such an important part of the healing process. The power that comes with authenticity is life changing. Are you ready to change yours?

If you want someone a little bit woo and a little bit weird, I’m your girl.

I am very short. Barely 5’3”, which makes me look younger than I am. But I am petty in 9 out of every 10 situations calling for it, and I’m not afraid to use my voice to advocate for myself and others.

The “star” at the top of my Christmas tree is an abominable snowman from that OG Christmas special because, why not?!

I’m not religious, but I’m on board with the supernatural. I’m not totally convinced there isn’t a Loch Ness Monster or sasquatches wandering around out there in the world. Oh, and aliens are absolutely up for debate.

Beyond therapy, I’m a true believer in some other things, too!

I’m from Oklahoma, which comes with its own set of expectations about who I am. But remember my whole thing about not fitting into the boxes other people give you?! We all get to define who we are, regardless of where we come from.

Are you ready to define your authentic self?

… On a serious note for a minute, I care about people, and I especially care about my clients. Travel is an important part of my life because I love visiting new places — especially if it’s near an ocean — but I also love being immersed in different cultures, surrounded by real people living their lives.

To obtain this supervisory licensure, I completed more than five years of work experience as a LCSW, along with the required two years of experience in a supervisory role, and attended an orientation with the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers. That means I'm licensed to help you become licensed, too!

I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and offering online therapy for clients living in California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, and Utah.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I am certified in the work of Dr. Brené Brown as a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator.

I graduated with my MSW from the University of Oklahoma in 2013 and underwent supervision for 4,000 hours of therapy to become a LCSW. I am also licensed to provide LCSW supervision for MSW graduates in Oklahoma, pursuing their LCSW certification.

And, yes, all that professional stuff is important! Here are my professional credentials and licensures, so you know I’m for real:

I can't wait to hear from you!

Are you a little bit woo and a little bit weird, too? Then I know we’re going to be a good fit.
